Mexico Quake Relief
On April 4th, a magnitude 7.2 earthquake struck about 30 miles south of Mexicali, Mexico.
As part of the Vineyard's Baja Partnership, Coast works with 4 churches in the area, including La Vina Ejido Durango, a church located very near the epicenter.
On Monday, April 13th, we delivered 4 truckloads of supplies to our friends in Ejido Durango. Approximately 80% of the homes there are damaged, and a great deal of the infrastructure in the area has been damaged or destroyed. While there was an initial wave of relief, the needs will be ongoing. The video below is from our trip.
